The Coalition for Effective Change (CEC) was formed in 1993 as a non-partisan alliance of associations representing current and retired federal managers, executives, and professionals. CEC provides a channel for these public employees to contribute to the success of good government. CEC meets with executive branch officials to discuss efforts to improve government. CEC shares information with Congress and the Executive Branch and works with others on initiatives for governmentwide change.
